Ever noticed how certain patterns just keep showing up?

You do the inner work. You make new choices. You shift environments. And yet somehow, the same core emotional experience comes back wearing a different face.

That was me for years. Until I started working directly with the energy behind the pattern instead of the surface circumstances.

What Creates the Loop

Underneath every loop is a stored imprint from a time your system felt unsafe, overwhelmed, or deeply misunderstood. Most formed years ago, often when you were too young to process what you were feeling.

Without realizing it, those unprocessed frequencies still run in the background like old code. They silently shape how you feel, react, and even what you attract.

The Golden Thread Technique

Here's the tool that changed everything for me.

You don't avoid or bypass the uncomfortable energy. You follow it. You let the sensation in your body guide you back to its original formation.

Step 1: Notice where the feeling lives in your body right now.

Step 2: Follow that thread backward. Ask to be shown the first time you felt this.

Step 3: When a memory or scene appears, meet it. Not with force. With presence.

Step 4: Ask that younger version of you what it needed. Give it that, energetically and emotionally, until it feels complete.

It's not always instant. Sometimes it unfolds over time. But when it lands, you feel it. Like a piece of yourself has been returned. Like the loop lost its charge.

What Happens After

When the inner frequency that sustained the pattern has been integrated, something shifts in your external life too. The circumstances start to change. The patterns dissolve.

Because you're no longer broadcasting the signal that attracted them.
