How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your full name and the email address used for the purchase
  3. Provide the order number or transaction ID (found in your confirmation email)
  4. Briefly explain why you are requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

To be eligible for a refund:

Digital Product Access

  • Multiple refund requests from the same individual
  • Evidence that the product has been copied, shared, or distributed
  • Requests made after the 30-day refund period

Partial Refunds

If you purchased multiple products and wish to receive a refund for only some of them, please specify which products you would like refunded in your request. We will process partial refunds accordingly.
